Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping on all products for COD and prepaid orders in India above Rs 500.
  • We ship across India but are bound in coverage by our courier partner's reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your products reach you.
  • Once the order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to dispatch after placing the order. Then courier company takes about 2 to 6 business days to get deliver at your doorsteps.
  • The estimated time of delivery would be about 3-8 working days. These timelines may be affected due to unforeseen situations.
  • The delivery times are dependent on location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
  • We will share the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  • In case of any special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us on support@tasseledhome.com with the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfill the order within the time requested but we cannot guarantee the same
